We are the only organization within Australia solely committed to the cause of finding a cure for chronic Spinal Cord Injury. While there is no doubt that all aspects of spinal cord injury related treatments are important from rehabilitation to pain management, we believe our focus on delivering a cure will make the biggest difference to the lives of those suffering with chronic spinal cord injury.

StepAhead Australia is realistic in understanding there is unlikely to be a single cure for chronic spinal cord injury, which is why we have established a collaborative international research effort to provide the right tools for the path ahead but to continue this important work we will need your help.
